Summit - Advanced
Summit is geared for young people with a significant amount of outdoor and inclusion experience who wish to develop their leadership skills by participating in a longer, more remote wilderness expedition. Emphasis is placed on group management skills including conflict resolution, communication, judgment and decision-making, situational leadership, and servant leadership.
